Terms of sale

Each gift card is sold by the company that runs the venue chosen at the time of purchase, and is valid at that venue only.

Two cards are offered. The amount card is worth the sum chosen: €50, €100, €150 or €200, or the amount of your choice between €30 and €2,000. The set-menu card is worth a gourmet set menu for two, €80: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, chosen from the menu, and two drinks by the glass, except champagne and large beers.

A set-menu card bears the name of the meal, not a sum: that meal is what is served, whatever the prices on the restaurant's menu on the day the gift card is used.

The order is placed on the gift card page, and payment is made by bank card on Stripe's secure page. The order is binding as soon as payment is accepted.

The cards are sent straight away by e-mail, to the address given at payment, and their numbers appear on the confirmation page. Each card carries a unique number: it is the number that counts as the card, whether printed or shown on a phone screen. A lost card can be retrieved simply by asking, from the e-mail address used for the purchase.

A card is valid for twelve months from its purchase, in the house it was bought for. It is presented when the bill comes.

It is used in one go. If the meal costs less than the card, the difference is not given back and does not stay available for another visit; if the bill exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid on the spot. It can be neither split, nor refunded, nor exchanged for cash, in part or in full, subject to the right of withdrawal below.

You have fourteen days from the purchase to withdraw, without having to give a reason, as long as the card has not been used. Simply write to us at olivier@catzam.fr, giving the card number. The refund is made within fourteen days, to the means of payment used for the purchase, and the card is cancelled.
