Bring your team together over a carbonade

A team meal, an end-of-year party, a seminar, a leaving do or a welcome: an estaminet does what a meeting room will never manage. It brings people closer.

What happens when you take a team out of the office

You think you are organising a dinner. What you are really organising is the one hour of the year when the accountant talks to the developer and the new recruit dares to crack a joke. For that you need a place that looks like nothing your colleagues see during the week: wooden tables you share, old games on the tables, a beer that arrives without anyone having to wave, and a carbonade that everyone agrees on.

That is exactly what we do, every day, and have done for years. Six of our estaminets host teams of six to a hundred and twenty people, in the dining room or on private hire, in Lille, in Dunkerque and in the hills of Flanders.

Four ways to do it

The team lunch, a quarter of an hour's walk from the stations: a two- or three-course set menu, allow an hour and a half to two hours for a full menu.

The private evening: a whole estaminet for you, from the aperitif to the last coffee. You choose the menu, we take care of the rest.

The seminar: you work in the morning wherever you like, and have lunch with us, in a room of your own, before going back to work or finishing there.

The gift card: a meal in the estaminet of their choice, to thank a colleague, a client, a partner. It is sold estaminet by estaminet, which is a good excuse to discover several.

What we guarantee

A single point of contact, who knows all eight estaminets and steers you towards the one that suits your numbers, your date and your budget.

Group set menus with a price per person announced in advance, drinks included or not, with no surprise line on the bill.

A kitchen that holds up under pressure: serving a table of a hundred hot is a trade, and it is ours.

The invoice in your company's name, or payment on the spot, as you prefer.

In Lille, in inland Flanders or on the coast

Our Lille estaminets are a quarter of an hour's walk from the Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe stations, which settles the question of parking and that of latecomers. Aux Aïeux is a quarter of an hour from Dunkerque station, an hour from Lille. Hondeghem and Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel, forty minutes away, lend themselves to days out in the countryside: you arrive by coach and leave singing. Public transport goes there too, but takes its time.
